Terms & Conditions
1. Scope
These terms apply to all transport and chauffeur services provided by Limowien GmbH to its clients.
2. Booking & lead time
Bookings are made via the online booking system, by phone, WhatsApp or email and are only accepted once we confirm them. The minimum lead time for standard bookings is 16 hours; shorter notice is subject to availability on request.
3. Prices & payment
The prices confirmed at the time of booking apply. Airport transfers are charged at a fixed price; city-to-city journeys are calculated per kilometre from our garage at Karlsplatz 3. A night surcharge of 20 % applies between 00:00 and 04:00; there are no weekend surcharges. We accept all major credit cards, invoice (for business clients) and cash.
4. Waiting times
60 minutes of waiting time are included at the airport, 15 minutes at other addresses. Additional waiting time is charged at a quarter of the hourly rate per started 15 minutes.
5. Cancellation
Cancellations are free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the journey. For cancellations up to 24 hours before, 50 % of the fare is charged; within 24 hours, 100 %.
6. No-show
If the passenger does not appear (airport: after 60 minutes, other address: after 15 minutes), the journey is deemed to have been used. We actively try to reach you before departing.
7. Liability & insurance
Our vehicles are covered by third-party liability and passenger accident insurance of up to € 7,790,000 per vehicle; the classic car additionally by a collector's value policy.
