Booking & contact requests

When you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, email, phone, trip details) for the purpose of handling your request and fulfilling the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Data is stored only as long as necessary for these purposes and statutory retention periods.

Online booking system

For online bookings we embed the reservation system of Limo Anywhere (Limo Anywhere LLC, USA) as an iframe on the “Book & contact” page. Loading that page establishes a connection to the provider’s servers, transmitting technically necessary connection data such as your IP address. The data you enter in the booking form (trip details, contact details) is processed there to handle your booking. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to and performance of a contract). This involves a transfer of data to the USA.

Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. When you access it, technically necessary server log data (e.g. IP address, timestamp, page requested) is processed to ensure delivery and security.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at).
